Hotel Diamond

The staff behaved unprofessionally, and the charges were inflated for the location and quality, with hidden fees that felt predatory. They charged an extra ₹50 for hot water instead of a cold bottle. The room was unhygienic and poorly maintained, and the bathroom clearly hadn't been cleaned. There were no basic amenities: the TV didn't work, there was no heater, and when we asked for towels, they said all of them were in the laundry and none were available. Easily the worst hotel experience I've had. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel.

I was trying to book a room for the coming weekend. One day the staff told me a room was available, but the next day they were rude and wouldn't communicate properly. They wouldn't confirm whether a room was available or explain what the issue was. It was a very bad experience and service. I'd suggest avoiding this hotel.

The room had a dustbin full of garbage outside it, and the smell was terrible. The service was extremely poor, with staff who seemed uninterested and took ages to deal with even simple requests. Our room hadn't been cleaned properly either. There was dust and dirt in the corners. I was very disappointed with my stay at hotel diamond. For what we paid, we expected much better. Unless hotel diamond makes significant improvements, I wouldn't recommend it.

The valley views from this beautiful property were mesmerizing, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept. We had the amenities we needed, and the food was delicious with plenty of variety. Everyone was courteous and helpful, especially the reception staff. They helped with check-in and check-out and gave us directions to spots. Great experience 😍
