I liked the location, with the riverfront and garden within walking distance. Restaurants, street food, buses, and rickshaws are easy to find nearby. The staff were good and responsive, and although the building is old, the hotel is maintained well. For what’s provided, it feels a little expensive. The room setup could be updated to suit the facilities, and the building needs fresh paint.

I left a review a couple of months ago and it was deleted, so I’m posting again. We left as soon as we could. The rooms were in very poor condition, as the pictures show, and it wasn’t worth what we paid. There were bugs, stains on the bed and towels, and a full trash can. The air conditioning was leaking, and the staff weren’t very helpful. Don’t go to this hotel.

We told them we were a married couple and wanted to see a decent room. He just kept looking at us and refusing, without explaining what was going on. All he said was, “Room Nai De sakta tumko,” meaning he couldn’t give us a room. The staff were rude and didn’t respect customers. It was a terrible experience, and they had no explanation for anything.
