The room was very nice, and room service was good too. All the staff behaved well. Thank you to the hotel management and everyone on the team. Do visit.

We stayed three nights, and the staff were friendly and honest, so I’d recommend the place without hesitation. Service is available in the morning and evening. They helped me, so I don’t understand the other comment. Merci beaucoup for the spirited away song :)

The hotel had an amazing view of all Darjeeling, and I loved staying here. Ashish bhai and Amir were kind-hearted and the service was right on point. Subash Samden Aakash were also amazing, helping with every little detail.

The room was in very good condition and all the hotel staff gave good service. The only thing is that it’s some distance from the main market.

This is a third-rate hotel. There’s no service after 8 pm, no food or water, and nobody answers the service number. Don’t get trapped into coming here.
