Niranjana Hotel

The food was good and came quickly, and the courteous staff were attentive and welcoming. Rooms were tidy and organized, with cleanliness that made a strong impression. Niranjana Hotel has a comfortable, calm atmosphere and works for family or business stays. It was a pleasant visit, and I’d recommend it.

We were a group of 21, and the whole stay went smoothly from beginning to end. Mr. Sumit, the Hotel Manager, was the highlight: attentive, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to meet our requests. The rest of the team were helpful too and greeted us with smiles. The hotel was comfortable, sparkling clean, and well maintained, which made it a good fit for a large group like ours. The food was delicious and nicely presented, with enough variety for everyone. The kitchen kept the quality consistent while serving all 21 of us. I’d gladly come back with friends. Thanks to Mr. Sumit and the team for taking such good care of us.

Ground staff were kind, but this was a very disappointing stay. The room smelled bad, and the beddings, pillows, and bathroom were dirty. The view was of garbage. We arrived late with small kids, so we stayed the night even though I told them right away how filthy the room was. The next day we left because the conditions were unbearable. They showed us other rooms, which were a little cleaner, but the beddings were still dirty. They also offered fresh beddings and pillows, but by then our spirits were low because of how the manager handled things. It felt quietly disrespectful. They refunded only 3 of the 5 days we had paid for. That may be reasonable, but sorting it out involved a lot of unpleasant back and forth. Their so called “policy” requires full payment on arrival. You can’t tell from booking pictures whether the room stinks, though they told me we must have seen the room pictures while booking. I don’t blame the managers for defending their policy, but everything really needs a thorough cleaning and fixing. I’m posting pictures in the hope they help the hotel and guests like me. No offense, just an honest review. Lesson learned: check the room before paying.
