OYO 74211 Hotel Green Lush

We paid ₹1500 for a room through Oyo, while the reception price was only ₹500. It was the most disappointing hotel experience I've had. The place was filthy and our stay was horrible. Staff weren't helpful and kept refusing our requests. When we asked for clean bedsheets or to see another room without that stinking smell, he replied, "Kitna rooms dekhoge sir, kya drama kar rahe ho".

The staff and everything else seemed nice when I booked, but the hotel is missing basic things. Even the reception doesn't have AC, so you're boiling while sorting out the formalities. For a place in the service and hospitality business, management should have the basic sense to provide AC for customers. I feel like I should forget it and never book there again. In that price range, I'd look for somewhere much better.

Everything else was fine, but we couldn't get drinking water at midnight because the room with the water filter was locked. Also, the water motor beside room 101 ran noisily all night, so we couldn't sleep well.

We'd been once before, and the rooms weren't in great condition then. This time we told them about it, and they gave us a neat, clean room. The staff were well behaved too. Had a nice experience and a lovely date with my love.
