I found the location convenient, and the service was fast. The rooms at Kesar Hotel were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful. A really good stay, highly recommended.

The location is okay, but there’s no food nearby. The bedsheet was torn and dirty, and the washroom seat was broken.

It was a really frustrating stay in Indore. The hotel management and staff service were disappointing and honestly disgusting. I hope I never stay with this Fab Hotels Chain again. I’d tell my relatives and friends to stay away from Fab Hotels.

Kesar is my favourite hotel. It’s in good condition, with neat, clean rooms and good staff service.

The water was yellow, the washroom was in horrible shape with plumbing problems, and the AC never worked. The hotel was badly maintained, and the staff were horrible, with the owner even worse. We complained several times, but nothing was done. When we wanted to switch hotels, they didn’t refund our money. Worst hotel.
