OYO 15253 Pluto Residency

The room had quite a smell, so that's why I'm taking off a star. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and the staff seemed decent and cooperative in the way they spoke. There's no food service, but Bikanerwala is within walking distance if you want to order from there.

We had booked two rooms for two nights at Pluto residence, but on arrival they said the rooms were full and under repair, then moved us to Tara Patel hotel. It was the worst hotel we've visited, with no basic facilities. There were flies and mosquitoes, a damaged toilet, a geyser that didn't work, a foul smell, and cigarette odor in the rooms and corridors. The condition was worse than I could have imagined. Very poor service from oyo.

The rooms they provide don't match the photos, and the one we got on the fourth floor was smaller than a kitchen. The service was very poor, and when I asked to cancel, they refused to refund me. A very bad experience.

I came here for the Indian airforce examination. The owner and staff were really good to us. Must visit.
