Angsana Oasis Spa and Resort

We especially appreciated the warm welcome from Ms. Mounika (Reception), and the hospitality from Mr. Miron and Ms. Priyanka in the dining area. The staff were kind and courteous throughout our two days at Angsana, and Mr. Ravi (Steam and Jacuzzi experience) was always attentive and ready to help, even with small things whenever he saw us around the property. The buffet had plenty of variety and the food was excellent. Our room was very comfortable, and the spa was rejuvenating, so I’d recommend giving it a try. We didn’t spend much time at the bar, though the cocktail we had tasted more like a mocktail and could have been better. We stayed with our daughter, and the surprise birthday cake the staff arranged for her was a lovely, thoughtful touch. It made the celebration more special. I’d recommend Angsana for spending quality time with loved ones and relaxing.

The buffet had plenty of choice, which I’d rate 5/5, though the taste was closer to 3/5 and could use a review. The property itself is beautifully laid out and well maintained. Staff were very polite, especially the room service team and the guards, including Mr. Ramchandran.

The spa was excellent, and spa coordinator Deeksha helped us choose the right massage. We spent two nights at Angasana Oasis Spa & Resort in Bengaluru, from 20th to 22nd Feb, celebrating my wife's birthday. It’s a large, clean, peaceful place, with spacious rooms and plenty of room to walk and play. The food was varied and tasty across the sessions, thanks to chief chef Premkumar and his team. Service was consistently at its best, and staff from the front office, spa, kitchen, and other departments were cordial and soft spoken. Mounika K N, Roja, and Apoorva at the front office were kind hosts, and Mr. Nagesh, a very senior employee, spoke freely with us and made the stay even more pleasant. Everyone helped make our two days comfortable, and we chilled out. Thank you all.

The breakfast buffet has loads of options, with delicious food, and the resort is easy to find right on the main road. We tried the Jacuzzi, Steam Roam, and almost all the sports facilities, which were well maintained. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Housekeeping can be slow sometimes, but with the facilities they offer, it didn’t spoil the getaway. A great escape from Bangalore.
