The property felt poorly maintained and didn't offer the relaxing beach resort stay I expected. My room at Arya Beach Resort was dirty, dusty, stained, and smelled bad. Staff were slow and seemed uninterested, even after I asked more than once, and basics like fresh towels and drinking water took far too long. The food was expensive and tasteless, and the dining area didn't seem hygienic. Overall maintenance was below average, and the place felt neglected. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable or enjoyable stay in Mandarmani. There are better choices.

The villas and service were excellent, and I had a wonderful time here. If you're after a beachside resort in Mandarmani with a sea view from your room and balcony, this is a great choice. Highly recommended.

The food was tasty, and the service was very good. It's a clean, comfortable place close to the sea, with friendly staff. A peaceful weekend with family or friends is easy to enjoy here.

Food was a real highlight, especially the fresh seafood with local spices. The restaurant had plenty of dishes to choose from, and the vegetarian options were just as delicious. Meals were satisfying and not overpriced. The resort also offered comfortable rooms, good amenities, and top-notch service at surprisingly budget-friendly prices. Right by the ocean, the peaceful setting felt refreshing, and the sea views at sunrise and sunset added a special touch. The staff welcomed us warmly and took care of the details. A delightful, affordable escape I'd gladly return to for a weekend or longer holiday.
