The food was okay, and sea-facing rooms are available. The hotel is about 1 km from Biswa Bangla Park. Maintenance is the big problem: small insects get all over the room at night, so you have to turn the lights off to avoid them. The tap in the washroom runs very slowly, and the commode and bathtub were unclean, which was really disappointing.

It was a very budget-friendly stay, and we had an amazing time. The hotel is right on the beach, so the location was great. Rooms were clean and normal sized, while the two-bed bedroom was huge. The food was just okay. I'd suggest trying local shacks and restaurants instead of eating at the hotel.

(From 15.6.2024 to 17.6.2024) The hotel has the beach and a swimming pool, and the service was pretty good. We were happy with the room service as well. Food quality was quite good, though it cost more than outside. Our AC room was okay but could be better. The authorities kept the rooms and bathrooms clean and hygienic, so we were satisfied.

The pool wasn't clean, the room felt like an old horror house, and the television didn't work. Sometimes the AC switched off by itself, and the staff didn't know about it. I faced lots of problems here. Staff behavior was pathetic and made it feel like they only cared about money. They didn't treat you like a guest, more like you were their staff. If you arrive early, they won't even talk to you about early check-in or entertain you.

The food was pathetic. Even a basic egg rice was worse than what you'd get elsewhere, and it was too expensive. Otherwise, the hotel is good for a stay: it's neat and clean, the staff are customer-friendly, and the rooms are good enough with a nice ambience. The location is prime, a few meters from the main beach, and there's also a beach behind the hotel. They offer free car parking and a great sea view.
