The bathroom fittings didn't work, the rooms were dirty, and the staff were arrogant. Pretty much everything was a problem. I had to switch rooms twice and eventually settled into one that was no better. They'd already taken the full advance, and at midnight I couldn't find another hotel. It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The food was tasteless, and there weren't even toiletries in the bathroom. My room was tiny, and when booking on Fab they didn't tell us what type of room they'd give us. The internet didn't work either, and any app I opened on the TV showed a network error. I'll never stay here again.

I paid Rs 679 as a partial payment to confirm my booking, but the property still insisted I pay the full amount. I have all the transaction details to support my complaint. A response came a year later, but nobody contacted me to explain how they would verify the payment. Shame on you. I believe these people are committing fraud, and I'm asking everyone to be careful.

I couldn't find the hotel by searching its listed name across Delhi because it goes by IP ROYAL. They took advance payment, as required by their rules, but there was no tea kettle or tea kit in the room. I told reception, got a yes, and still didn't receive either before checking out. Even when I ordered tea, I had to pay cash. When I asked about it, they said that was their procedure. I want to warn Fab hotels about adding this kind of hotel to their list.
