OYO 28126 Charanpahari Hotel

The room itself had an AC that didn’t work, a tiny toilet with no hand shower or lota, and a pressure wash aimed the wrong way. The cupboards were still full of someone else’s belongings, the rooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and there were alcohol bottles in the bin. There wasn’t even packaged drinking water, and nobody was at reception when I arrived. The rooms were open, so I walked into one and found a child asleep there unattended. Finding the place was awful too. Google Maps couldn’t locate it, and there was no sign of an OYO or even a hotel. We only tracked it down because we were desperate. The owner told me to leave at 12 and proudly said they don’t allow check-ins after 12, even if you’ve just landed in the city. He also said he didn’t care about guests because the property belongs to a Bronze Medalist Boxer. I might have put up with the conditions for the price, but the staff were so rude that I hated the whole experience. If I could give zero stars, I would.
