Hotel Red Coral

The room was big and the bathroom was nice, but there was hair on the floor despite the clean linens, and neither the tap nor the flush worked. It was fine overall, though some restoration and renovation would help.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but food service is lacking. Breakfast has no menu, so staff decide what you get, and some rooms don't have working telephone connections, making it difficult to request basic room service. I wouldn't choose it if good service is what you're after.

The rooms may look good in photos, but the receptionist, Rajesh Bisht, was the worst part of the hotel. He treated customers without manners and had a cheap, low-character attitude. I wouldn't expect customer-focused service from him. It's surprising someone like that was given such an important role at a prestigious hotel. The owners should either teach him how to behave before letting him handle reception or let him go, or they'll soon have more unhappy clients.

A drunk staff member misbehaved with my family. The room conditions were awful, and the place seemed suitable only for couples wanting a few hours together. If you care about your family, stay on a footpath rather than come here.
