The TV and lights didn't work, the AC was damaged and unusable, and neither the geyser nor the electrical board worked. The washroom was horrible too. The room itself was dirty, smelly, and full of bugs, with such a bad odor that it was hard to stay in for long. It didn't feel safe or hygienic. I had booked through MakeMyTrip and paid in full, but they still demanded extra money when I arrived and added hidden charges without properly telling me. The staff were rude and completely unprofessional. Worse, they somehow posted a 5-star review in my name without my knowledge or permission. That's dishonest and unacceptable. This was one of the worst stays I've ever had. The place was badly managed and not worth the money or stress. I strongly recommend avoiding it.

The staff's service was extremely bad, and the receptionists had no idea how to speak to people. The hotel staff and others working there provided very poor service. I'd tell everyone to stay away from this hotel.
