A few things to keep in mind: the rooms have no air conditioning, which could be a problem in hot months, and the hilly layout may make it hard for older guests to get around. The restaurant had good choices, though the food wasn't the best we've had. The pool was an okay size and worked for us, but anyone expecting a large one should know that. We were a family group of 8 adults and 6 kids, hoping for a relaxing but enjoyable stay, and that worked out well. The property made good use of the terrain and was well maintained, including the rooms, restaurant, garden and nature area, pool, and spacious children's play area with a small turf. Staff were quick to help with water refills and our other questions. Our room also came with complimentary biscuits, chocolate, fruit, and drinks. We were very happy with the stay.

The views were stunning, and we found the rooms spacious, clean, and very well kept. Staff welcomed us as soon as we arrived and did more than expected to make things go smoothly. The pool and dining options were particular highlights, with the amenities exceeding our expectations. It was a comfortable place to relax, and we'd love to return. I'd recommend it for a memorable getaway.

Waking up to the balcony view from our spacious, spotless room was a treat. At Bay Leaf restaurant, we enjoyed a wide range of flavors, and the breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. The staff were warm and professional, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Tea Terrain Resorts & Spa is beautifully cared for, with modern comforts set into the natural landscape. The lush tea plantations and crisp mountain air made the arrival memorable. A peaceful spot to reconnect with nature, and one I'd highly recommend.

The restaurant was the main drawback: the food was decent, but it cost far too much for the portion sizes. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable family vacation, with a comfortable stay, clean and well-maintained rooms, good facilities, and warm hospitality. Aromal and the manager were particularly helpful at check-in and carried our luggage, making our arrival feel easy and welcoming.
