I booked through booking.com on 13 February and called after arriving in Jhansi to ask where the hotel was. They wouldn't give me the landmark, then said check-in wasn't possible because every room was booked and told me to get a refund from OYO. OYO is just as bad, giving silly excuses and refusing to return my money. These guys and OYO are cheats. Avoid this hotel.

The geyser was there but didn't work, so I had to bathe in cold water when it was 10 degrees. The staff wouldn't respond, and owner Pushpendra was very rude. This may be the worst hotel in Jhasi.
