I wanted a safe, reliable place for my family in Srinagar, and this hotel gave us a great stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff treated me very nicely. I'd recommend it to others.

For a low budget in Srinagar, this hotel is a decent option, though I'd still look around for better places. I spent one night here and one at Royal velvet Hotel, which was good. For the views, staying near Dal Lake would be a better choice. A boat stay could be a once-in-a-lifetime experience too. That's just my suggestion.

The rooms were filthy and the linens had already been used, and there was no food available. The staff were rude and often drunk, and I didn't feel it was safe for female tourists. The hotel also works with third party agents who push tourists toward it. I found the place pathetic and wouldn't advise anyone to stay.
