Getting around was easy from this location, and the food was good. The staff were courteous and always willing to help. My room was spacious, neat, and well maintained, so I had a wonderful stay and would choose the hotel again.

The rooms were just okay, and basic service was a struggle because they seemed short-staffed. For three days, breakfast was boiled eggs and dinner was nearly the same meal each night. A few times breakfast started late, with no apology. They also didn’t honor personalized requests. I paid for a family stay, but when one family member couldn’t come, they wouldn’t refund that person’s share and showed no courtesy about it. It didn’t feel worth the money.

Shalimar is very close, so the location works well, though Dal lake is a bit farther away. The dinner and breakfast were prepared really well, and room service was up to standard. We had a great stay with amazing hospitality, and I’d love to come back.

The greenery and mountain views around the hotel make the neighborhood peaceful and relaxing. It’s an upscale, serene area, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food was hygienic, healthy, and delicious. I genuinely rate the experience a solid 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend it.
