Mr. Hashim was very cooperative, and staying on the houseboat was a great experience. Consider it for a stay at Dal Lake.

We enjoyed our family visit from Gujarat and had a memorable trip, thanks to Hashim Bhai's fantastic hospitality and top-notch service. Switzerland Houseboat was clean, secure, and in a perfect location. I highly recommend staying there when visiting Srinagar. Thank you, Hashim Bhai! The location is beautiful, but the room was unclean and the experience very poor. Service and behaviour weren't good.

A waste of money staying here. The service and the way they talk to you are zero. Can't rate it any lower.

Worst service. The old man was hectic and, in my opinion, seemed OCD. I was given a used towel right in front of me. They treated us like we were staying for free.
