The food was good for the price, and the room was clean and stylish. Service was excellent, especially from the manager, Omer Rashid, who was sooo good. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Srinagar. Just be careful with hot water, they might charge extra without telling you first.

The manager, Umer Rashid, was humble and generous, and his attitude made us want to come back. The room had good facilities and the food was really tasty. It’s one of the best stays we’ve had in Srinagar, and I’d strongly recommend it for a vacation. Please check about hot water first, since they might charge extra without telling you beforehand.

Mohsin and Umer gave us especially great service, and we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the food was tasty. If you’re visiting Kashmir, Arbiya Villa is a place I’d highly recommend.

The staff were soft-spoken and really committed to looking after guests, which felt like a good example of Kashmiri hospitality. Dal Lake and Lal Chowk are nearby. I’d say go for this place if you’re planning a visit.

Mossim and Rashid were polite, helpful, and quick to assist with anything we asked. The rest of the staff were kind too, and any problems were sorted out promptly. The food had a nice range of dishes and tasted delicious, with a homely feel. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and hot water was available whenever we needed it. Arbiya villa was well maintained, and we had a memorable stay.
