The heating really stood out during our January/February visit. Our two rooms, one for my family and the other for my uncle’s, were spotless, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The heaters in the rooms, beds, and bathrooms kept us comfortable through the cold weather. From arrival, the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and were polite, attentive, and always ready to help. They made the stay easy and shared useful suggestions for getting around locally. Meals were made to suit our requirements and brought hot straight from the kitchen, fresh and flavorful. Breakfast was consistently enjoyable too. With its calm atmosphere and convenient location, this was probably the best hotel stay we’ve had. I’ve never experienced this level of welcome elsewhere, and I’m not exaggerating. It’s a wonderful place for families and solo travelers. I’ll gladly recommend it to friends and relatives and look forward to returning.

The staff were helpful and courteous, and the food was excellent, simple, fresh, and homely. There’s free Wi-Fi, though it’s quite slow. I stayed at Treebo Vitasta Villa during my Srinagar trip. I rated it 3 stars mainly due to the location and condition of the property. It sits down a narrow street, and most windows look straight onto neighboring walls, so there isn’t much of a natural view. The building feels old and could use renovation. Srinagar traffic can eat up a lot of time, so plan travel accordingly. A decent stay for hospitality and food, but not ideal if you want views or a modern property.

The rooms and amenities were neatly maintained, and the washroom was well equipped. There was also a play area for kids. The staff were very kind and always ready to help, and their superb hospitality made our five day stay comfortable. We felt at home, and the neatness was top notch. The location worked well for our trip. Thank you for making it such a comfortable stay.

The spotless upkeep really stood out during our week at Treebo Vitasta, even though it was low season. We were there with our parents, and the staff were quick to help whenever we needed something. The manager also went out of his way to make things easy for us. We enjoyed the breakfast every day, with tasty food and plenty of choice, and the front-facing rooms had a lovely view. It was a comfortable, pleasant stay, and we'd be happy to return.

The hotel team made the biggest impression on me. Everyone was friendly, patient, and ready to help. I had a lovely four-day stay in a cozy, clean room with a very nice balcony view. Breakfast had an amazing range of options and was excellent.
