The staff were hospitable, there's gated parking, and a good WAZWAN food junction nearby. It's close to the city center too. I booked after selecting the most ratings filter, and it came up first at 399/- for the night. I would've given 4 stars if the sheets had been clean. I'm also taking off 2 stars because they used my mobile for digital check-in and then rated themselves deceptively.

The hotel is tucked far inside and felt scary, with nothing there. The behavior was really, really bad. It's the most horrible hotel in Srinagar. If you're reading this, please don't go.

We were there only 1 to 2hrs, but after we refused to stay, they still charged us for the full day. The rooms were extremely dirty, the carpet and toilets were filthy, and the flush didn't work. Don't trust the ratings or Oyo rating, I think they're fake and manipulated by local people.

When we complained that the room wasn't clean, they told us to change hotels instead of fixing the problem. They seem to care very little about guests and acted arrogantly. Pathetic service. Think twice before picking this hotel.
