The food was very good, and room service came quickly and worked efficiently. Zahoor on the staff and Mushtaq in the kitchen are what made our stay feel special. They were warm, attentive, and did more than expected to make everything right. Their care gave the visit a personal touch. Highly recommend.

The calm atmosphere at Kashmir Mahal Resorts made it a relaxing place to get away from everyday life. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, well kept, and designed with a nice mix of luxury and local character. Waking up to snow-covered peaks and greenery was a treat, and the mountain views were there as soon as we arrived. We also enjoyed the food, especially the authentic Kashmiri dishes, prepared with care and attention. Staff were attentive and ready to help, and the hospitality was warm from the start. The resort offers a peaceful retreat, whether you want an adventure or simply time to unwind. I’d recommend it to visitors to the region and would love to return.

Ishfaq, who’s in charge of housekeeping, kept our room spotless and comfortable. The local Kashmiri dishes were a real treat, and all the food was fresh and flavorful. The staff were courteous and made us feel at home. Kashmir Mahal Resort is near Dal Lake in Srinagar, with lovely views and a warm feel. A peaceful place to stay, highly recommended.

Zahoor Bhaijaan took careful account of everyone’s needs in the dining hall. I’m highly gluten intolerant, and he served my food cautiously to suit that, so I didn’t have to worry about my allergies. His 'tameez' and 'tehzeeb' reminded me of Kashmiriyat. Thanks as well to Altaf Bhaijaan for his wonderful service. The hotel had beautiful Kashmiri artifacts, the hospitality was warm, and the food was satisfying and delicious. A comfortable stay with a personal touch, highly recommended.
