The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, and there was no service for customers. The food was inedible, the rooms were dirty, and we had electricity problems throughout the day. This is the worst hotel you could stay in. Don’t ever book a room here, never. Minus 10 out of 10.

We were 35 people staying for two nights, and it was a horrible experience for our family. The hotel staff were very rude, including the manager, and we were told our rooms were full and shifted to another hotel. The location is very far from the actual location. I recommend not visiting if you’re planning to stay here. Fake hotel in the world.

Please don’t book this place. The food was unhealthy, and I vomited during travel every time I ate it. There’s no heating in the rooms, and even the bed heaters don’t work. This was a really bad experience at the worst hotel you could stay in.
