Clean rooms, clean toilets, and a TV and working internet made this fine for a family stay. The staff were helpful, the location was great, and good food joints are within walking distance. They can arrange a car for airport trips and local tours, with charges in line with Srinagar tourism standards. The food was one thing they could improve, though there are great food joints within a 500 mtr radius.

Hot water was a problem, and fixing it took up a lot of our precious time. Kitchen service was also too slow. They didn't provide a newspaper, and I couldn't find a WiFi signal anywhere. Many services weren't as described. It's in the city/market area with no view, and the rooms are small for the price. An average place.

I'm staying here right now, Sept 5, 2018, and I'm really upset. The rooms are good, but the staff and other people are disgusting. They keep demanding tips for every task. They gave us no menu card, then charged a huge amount for the food. As a tour operator, I've never paid Rs. 200/- + 10% SC per plate of veg chow-min before. Breakfast was included, but all we got was 4 pics bread and a cup of tea in the morning. The hotel people's behavior was very bad, so after this horrible stay I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I liked the interior a lot, and the rooms were tidy with clean bathrooms. The location is especially nice, away from the city's noise. Service was good too, though it could be better.

The hotel is on the main road, with local transport available nearby. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and the staff's behavior was overwhelming. Food was tasty and stupendous, and the location was very nice.
