The rooms are clean and comfortable, up to a European standard, and the food is very good. It’s a lovely place near the lake, away from the main city’s bustle but still close to everything. The owners are amazing and help with whatever you need. I’ve stayed here many times over the years and wholeheartedly recommend it. I’ll keep coming back.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it to three days, and I’d happily return if I’m in kashmir. The room was well furnished with a cozy bed, and there’s plenty of parking with a garden out front. It’s a calm, quiet place. The restaurant needs improvement, though, since there wasn’t any food available.

Facilities were fine and room service was okay, but the kitchen prices are very high. The map pin leaves you about 150 metres from the hotel, which sits in a lane off the main road. There’s no signboard, so you have to look carefully to find it. South Indians can stay here.

The area is peaceful and feels like home. The property and rooms were very clean, and the staff were helpful. An ATM, market, and lake are all within walking distance.

Beside dal lake, this nice hotel has big, clean rooms at low prices and good staff. There’s open space in front, too. Food costs a lot here, so if you need a meal, Nishat market is nearby, in front of Nishat garden.
