We felt warmly welcomed, and the staff were courteous, cooperative, and always ready to help. Their excellent hospitality made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We had a really pleasant time and would happily stay here again. I'd recommend it to others too. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel's location made it easy to get to key attractions and important places around the city. Our room was clean, cozy, and well kept, with everything neatly arranged, and it was a relaxing place to return to after a long day. The staff were courteous and attentive, and overall the service was excellent. Shahnawaz, the Manager, was professional and warm, and dealt with our questions promptly. He made check-in and the rest of our stay feel seamless and welcoming. Bilal Mattoo bhai, our driver, had recommended Hotel Grand Boulevard, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. He was punctual, reliable, very friendly, and knew the area well. His service throughout the trip made our travels smooth and memorable. Thanks again to him for the recommendation. I'd highly recommend the hotel and would choose it again on another visit.

Bilal Mattoo drove us in an Ertiga 8687, which was clean, spacious, and comfortable for the long drives and snowy roads. He was polite, punctual, and knew the local attractions, road conditions, and weather. His safe driving and calm manner in hilly, snowy areas like Gulmarg and Sonmarg gave us peace of mind. He never rushed us and made sure we could enjoy each place comfortably. Our stay at Grand Boulevard Hotel was delightful, with clean, comfortable rooms and a peaceful atmosphere that worked well for couples and families. We received a warm welcome, especially from Mr. Shahnawaz Ji, and the courteous, supportive staff helped make everything relaxing and smooth. The hotel recommended Bilal as our driver, and that recommendation helped make our Kashmir trip stress-free, memorable, and well organized. Highly recommended for a Kashmir visit, and we'd choose this hotel again.

We stayed in the new building, where the rooms were well maintained. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and there was plenty of parking. It's a very good property right in front of Dal lake. Overall, a great stay.
