A nice location, clean rooms, and staff who were friendly and cooperative.

A few kilometres from Srinagar Airport, Grand Comforts Hyderpora bypass Srinagar sits right by the National Highway. I stayed a few days ago and had a pretty good experience. For a budget property, it was a good place to stay, with a convenient location, a large parking area, well-kept rooms, better service, and quality food.

Worst stay, really pathetic and not recommended. The windows were broken, the TV and AC didn’t work, and there was no room heater. The staff behaved badly.

I’d give it negative points. The facilities were very poor, the food had no taste at all, and the staff were extremely rude. Worst experience ever.
