As captain of our group, I really appreciated how cooperative and supportive the staff were throughout our trip. Owais and Zakir were especially helpful, polite, and always available. They went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, the food was delicious, and service was on time, so the stay felt smooth and stress-free. The whole team showed us wonderful hospitality. I'd recommend this hotel for a group trip, and I look forward to coming back.

I attended the J&K Bank event at Hotel Golden Leaf, and the dinner was a highlight. The food tasted excellent, was well presented, and was one of the best meals I've had at an event. The staff were attentive and cooperative, helping everything run smoothly. The management was professional, and the arrangements were organized from beginning to end. The elegant event setup created a welcoming atmosphere. Hotel Golden Leaf did a great job hosting, and I'd recommend it for corporate functions and special gatherings.

Owais welcomed us warmly, and his humble, cheerful manner made the trip memorable. He also helped us arrange a cab at a fair rate when local stands were overcharging. The team was cooperative, and the service felt honest and helpful. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff were kind and very helpful, and we felt welcome from check-in to checkout. Our room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with great amenities. Breakfast and the pool were both fantastic. It was a relaxing stay, and I'll definitely visit again.

We spent 05 nights at Hotel Golden Leaf, and its location worked well for getting to Sonamarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam. It's away from local city traffic, so getting on the road was easy. The staff were so humble and polite, the cherry on top of the hotel service. I'm very grateful to Asisf, Mohammed, and Shaklen for their gratitude. We enjoyed the tasty range of dishes at buffet breakfast and dinner. Thanks again to Hotel Golden Leaf for making our tour memorable.
