I arrived with my family and all our luggage after booking through agoda.com, but the receptionist said Agoda had scammed me and that there was no room booked. There were no other rooms available in the area, so I was stranded in an unfamiliar place and country. I eventually reached agoda, got a refund, and went back to the airport. Agoda confirmed that the hotel tells customers they've been scammed when it has overbooked and doesn't want to take responsibility. I'm disgusted by this place. If sharing this helps even one person avoid the hotel, that's a good deed.

The rooms are clean, the staff are good, and they have a buffet. The food is hygienic and good, and this is the only hotel in Kashmir that serves jhatka chicken. I strongly recommend staying here when you come to Kashmir, and seeing the difference for yourself.

The wooden interiors give this cozy hotel an elegant look, and the restaurant upstairs is nicely decorated with tasty food. The staff were helpful. There is no elevator, though, which could be an issue for senior citizens.

Best hotel and location, with good service and a cooperative staff at muniwar sringar kashmir.

The room cost felt too high, and the food wasn't very good either. I'm not satisfied.
