I haven't been inside the hotel, but I saw it from the city's main road. Its location seems ideal for people setting out to destinations all around the valley. Khyber Hospital is a stone's throw away, and there are countless nearby restaurants, each known for the Valley's famous barbecues. You can walk to the market around the hotel, which lets you take in the area's atmosphere without hiring a taxi or auto rickshaw. The hotel is about 1 or more kms from Lalchowk, the valley's main market, and nearly all tourist destinations are convenient to reach from here. Make sure to take a genuine local guide to avoid being cheated by shopkeepers and others.
