I wouldn’t recommend this place or come back. From the first moment to the last, the visit was disappointing and stressful, and nothing matched what I expected for the price. The property looked neglected and poorly maintained, and cleanliness seemed questionable. Staff interactions were frustrating, as though guests were a nuisance, and the staff seemed untrained, uninterested, and unwilling to help with even basic service. Communication was poor, service took far too long, and concerns were ignored or dealt with without urgency. The management seemed disorganized, and there was little professionalism, attention to detail, or care for customer satisfaction. What we got was far below what had been promised. It was one of the worst experiences I’ve had.
