Hotel Great Value Dehradun

We were there for three nights for a work conference, and the friendly staff’s attention stood out most. The room was fairly standard but clean and well catered for. There was also a huge variety of delicious food. I stayed with my husband.

The food in the restaurant was a little pricey, but the location was fine and the bathrooms were clean. The rooms were tiny, so I’d say it’s good for a short stay. The reception desk was helpful, and the service boys were OK. Overall, the stay was OK.

We came back late one night feeling very hungry, and even though the kitchen had already closed, the staff still made us food. They really made us feel welcome and at home. The rooms were lovely, the hotel was clean, and the food was outstanding. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Great Value, and the friendly, helpful staff are a big reason I’d highly recommend it.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. We booked their delux room, and it was filthy. The carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages, and nothing seemed to have been cleaned apart from the bed sheets. The bath tub and sofas were dirty, there were insects in the coffee maker, and the chilli souce we ordered had fungi growing in it. I have some pictures to prove my point.
