Treebo City Center

Breakfast service was terrible. First there was no hot water, and after they fixed that, there was no cold water. For double occupancy, giving two towels should be common sense. A few staff members were okay, but others didn't seem to care. The hotel fell short of expectations. If you're considering booking, choose somewhere else.

The room space was okay, but I wouldn't recommend staying here for business or with family. The area is crowded and dusty because of the nearby small businesses. There are insects in the room, and when I raised it, the receptionist boy said, "what they use to do sleep." There isn't a restaurant. If you order food, they bring it from outside, and breakfast was disappointing too. That also arrived from outside at 8.30. The geyser is so small that only one kid can use it, then you have to wait for the next person. I'd stay only if I had no other option in Nagpur.

The upper management was good and gave us a decent room for our needs. But the younger staff seemed overly curious about what was going on behind the walls. One young male staff member, dark complexion and wearing glasses, was caught eavesdropping, though we didn't raise it. Several things didn't work, including the door lock, TV, and wifi. I asked for room service, but the teenage boy didn't respond well and was on his phone. The hotel should hire experienced staff who wouldn't show that level of curiosity.

The location made getting around easy, and the rooms were in excellent condition. I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and the staff have provided great service each visit.
