I arrived with my family after my previous hotel manager recommended and booked this place. The manager here then asked us to pay more than the listed rate, apparently because the other manager had arranged a commission. The same room showed online for Rs. 2100 including GST, but he wanted Rs. 2400 plus GST. I refused, and after a two-hour argument he said no room was available and told me to cancel. He eventually took an extra Rs. 200 before giving us the room. I’d tell everyone to avoid this kind of hotel.

The staff were always willing to help, and the food tasted good. My room was tidy and comfortable too. I had a lovely stay and would come back.

The way the staff treat guests is so rude and arrogant that it feels like they want you gone as soon as you arrive. Hospitality is basically absent. Hotel Manomay also feels badly maintained. The negative reviews are painfully accurate, so don’t brush them aside. Staying here left me regretting the choice. If you care about your money, time, or self-respect, go somewhere else. Pick this place only if you want to second-guess your life choices afterward.

The staff at Manomay Homes were polite, cooperative, and quick to help, and room service was prompt. My room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. I had a pleasant stay in a comfortable atmosphere, with excellent service and hospitality. I’d recommend it.
