Oyo Flagship 35716 Classic

I'd had a good experience before, but this time I regret booking. Used plates and dishes sat outside my room for a long time and smelled bad. The TV didn't work, and the bathroom was dirty despite OYO promising a clean one. They charged Rs. 300 for food that never arrived and didn't refund the money. The bed was uncomfortable, made by pushing two single beds together. Worst experience.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and you might get a balcony if you're lucky. The staff were really polite, though the hotel seemed short staffed and room service took ages. It was good value for money, but the rooms were somewhat unclean. I had to ask them to clean the bathroom.

The staff were terrible to deal with, and the rooms were in awful shape: poorly maintained, stained and stinking. The washrooms were the worst part. Room service was just as bad. When I asked about the TV, they refused to help; the same happened when I requested toiletries. The food was bad and they added unnecessary charges. On top of that, they falsely told me they were checking me out, then gave themselves five stars on the app. Such bad service, shame on them.

The room itself was good, but customer service was the worst. We asked for water and it took an hour, after calling 3-4 times. They don't respond when we ask for anything.
