I stayed here for work and found the owner very helpful and cooperative. They serve a fixed meal thali on the ground floor for ₹110, which I recommend. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and low-cost single rooms make this a comfortable budget option. It’s in a prime spot near Eternity Mall, Sitabuldi, convenient for getting around and good for exam stays or official visits. The toilet is clean, though it could be looked after a little better. With that improved, everything would be perfect.

The rooms are okay, with western toilets, and the prices suit a strict budget. You can pay by UPI or card, but you’ll need to ask and insist about card payment since they prefer cash. This works for people who’ll spend very little time in their rooms. If you need somewhere near a metro station or have work around Birdi, it could be a good option.

The hotel is in a great location, but the rooms have an old-fashioned style. The fan button doesn’t work properly, and I didn’t like the receptionist’s attitude.

The room was very bad. There was no towel or soap, and the bedsheet was old. When I asked, they said they’d provide everything the next day. The bathroom window was broken, so someone in a nearby building could see in. Don’t book this hotel. After I left a bad review, they called and abused me. That’s shameful behaviour for a venue like this, and they should teach their staff some manners.
