After traveling there, we were left stranded and had to find another hotel at the last minute. Staff ignored us, made us wait, and were rude and careless instead of trying to fix anything. We had booked online and received confirmation, but when we arrived, they refused to give us a room. They kept claiming none were available, even after we showed the booking and proof of payment. What's the point of booking online if they won't honor it? This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I've had. The management felt completely unreliable, and there was no respect for customers. I'd strongly suggest avoiding this place. You could be turned away too, even with a confirmed booking.

I didn't even book a room there, but the check-in process put me off, so I left. They only accept DigiLocker ID, and the whole process was third-class. They make up their own rules as if they're above the court. The staff didn't even show basic manners when talking to a guest. I don't know how people get hotel licenses when the service is this cheap. His way of talking irritated me too.

Never book this place, especially online or with family. It seems mainly meant for UMCs, with short hourly stays as its top priority. Even after taking part of the payment for an online booking, Oyo won't take responsibility for the hotel.

He was a fraud, booked through Mmt, and he refused to give me a room unless I paid extra. I have a recorded call with the owner as proof, so please watch out for this trap.

This place is disgusting. Someone had already booked the hotel, and they take offline bookings without updating the status for online reservations. It's a fraud hotel. Agoda and other online booking sites don't seem to get the updated status either.
