We booked a deluxe 2X room and were given a 1X instead. The cleaning happened only after we got there, the sheets weren't clean, and the bathroom smelled bad. That 4.6 rating feels like a straight-up scam. Don't go there!
The manager was polite, and the rooms were clean and looked after, though they're quite small. It's a reasonably priced little place to hide away. Probably not suitable for families since the rooms are so compact.
The price is steep, and the service doesn't measure up.
Grief means being in a room without doors. Somehow, among all the tinsel and clichés, Christmas still finds its way in.
Nice rooms and a friendly staff, and it's a good place. But next time I book a hotel, the app should show the details, please. It should show the hotel's contact number directly.
