The owner deserves a special mention. He’s down to earth, always ready to help and guide you, and a good person too. Thanks for all the support, sir. I loved the atmosphere and found the staff very cooperative. It was one of my best hotel experiences, and it’s become a favourite. I’d tell visitors to give it a try. You might fall in love with the place and the service too. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Getting around was easy thanks to the location, and the staff were polite. Room service was quick, which made that part of the stay comfortable. The room was the letdown. It hadn’t been kept up properly and had dirty stains. Better cleanliness would have made the experience much better.

I booked two rooms ahead because I was getting into Nagpur late at night. The first-floor room was good, but room 101 on the ground floor was in very bad shape. It had no mirror at all, and tin sheets were used in place of proper walls to make it a room. It had no aesthetic appeal. I’d avoid the ground-floor room.

We were there for a two-day business trip. The rooms were good, but they only serve non-vegetarian food, so we didn’t eat there. It felt like an OYO, with lots of couples checking in and out during the day. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

My guests had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, the city-center location was convenient, and the service was friendly.
