The location is great, and the rooms are okay for the price. But the staff were rude and arrogant, and I wouldn’t book here if you want a good stay. Don’t rely on what they tell you over the phone. After you pay an advance and arrive, they may simply tell you to book somewhere else if you ask for service.
The Jama Masjid is just 200 meters away, and the area is a good locality. Food and the market are within walking distance. Taula centre, the non-veg counter, is the most appealing place to eat. The premises are nice, clean, and tidy.
We booked an AC room for 2200rs per day, but when we arrived the person at reception said it would be non-AC and tried to offer one at that price. The rooms, bedsheets, and pillow covers were very dirty. Even during a week-long stay, no one came to mop or clean, and tea arrived in very dirty cups. I understand this may be the only hotel in mominpura with AC rooms, but they need to improve a lot instead of just advertising and showing interior designs.
There’s a lot going on around this part of Nagpur, and basic necessities are close by. The rooms and toilets were clean, with both AC and non-AC options. There’s no parking, though. We left our vehicles 2 kms away and took an auto to the guest house.
The owner was very cooperative, and the staff were great. The rooms were clean and nice, and the place had a homely feel. It’s low budget too.
