The manager was extremely rude and arrogant toward my family, and tried to change the price we’d agreed on at the last minute. We had a very bad experience. They only let us into the hotel and assigned a room after I called 100 for help.
I booked rooms for relatives attending a programme, and they had a nice experience. The rooms were clean and lovely, the staff friendly, and the residence was A1. Thanks, Hotel Otel, for the hospitality. Much appreciated.
