The staff were gentle and polite, and the food was good, though there wasn’t much variety. The hotel itself badly needs renovation. It feels very old and poorly maintained, and the rooms weren’t clean. The carpet smell hit as soon as I stepped onto the floor, like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I’d spend a little more and stay somewhere better.

The meal really added to the celebration. Everything was full of flavor and prepared so well, and the whole event ran smoothly thanks to the GM. We were greeted warmly at the entrance by the security team, bell boy and reception, and the service stayed excellent throughout. Thanks to the GM, the reception team, Bell boy Rajesh, and Ravinder and his colleagues on the food team. It was a memorable occasion, and we’d be glad to hold more events here. A lovely venue for anyone looking for comfort, care, and great hospitality.

The arrangements for my sister's Ring Ceremony were just what we hoped for, and the management and staff were helpful. The ambiance was great too. Special thanks to the GM Mr. Bhandari ji for looking after us.

The refreshed look is a big improvement, from the interiors and dining areas to the rooftop restaurant. The food has improved a lot as well. JSR is right by a busy stretch of the national highway, close to the Vidhan Sabha, so traffic and horns do bring some noise. Keeping service professional will matter going forward. I’d recommend the place.

The food was amazing, and the rooms were really comfortable. It’s in a great location, and the staff were very nice. Thanks especially to Mr. Pankaj from security. I’d happily return with family and friends.
