It was 2 degrees, but there was no kettle, no heater, and no extra blankets. The washrooms weren’t clean, so I had to check out without bathing. We paid 4k for a room with no room service, and nobody answered when we called from the room. I’d suggest finding a better hotel. I came because of the reviews, which were among the best, but this place was absolutely trash and not worth it.

The staff were extremely arrogant and abusive, and didn’t know how to speak to people. They can start physical fights over little arguments that they themselves start. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, and would advise you not to go.

We stayed as a family, all tucked under a blanket by the window, watching the mountains and rain. The room was spacious, hygienic, and had an epic view, with a very cosy feel. Staff were humble and sweet, and it’s literally on mall road, which is a great location. The washroom was just okay. Probably one of the better budget-friendly hotels in mussoorie. Overall, we had a good experience.

Waking up to the panoramic Himalayan mountains and green valleys was mesmerizing, and the balcony sunsets were just as enchanting. My recent stay at kahkashan in Mussoorie was extraordinary, and those views made it truly memorable.
