I went on 10/11/2025 and shared my Adhaar over WhatsApp while booking. Later that night, I got a message from the same number that I couldn't make sense of, but it came across as cheap and unsafe. I wouldn't advise girls or women to stay here. Room service was really poor too. They didn't bring proper things even after I asked. Please don't waste your hard-earned money here.

After reaching Mussoorie, I called Hotel Luxmount to confirm where it was, and they denied my booking and hung up. Cleartrip customer care spoke with the Hotel Luxmount staff, but they also refused to accommodate us. I had booked the room through cleartrip on 14 august 2025. The staff were rude and arrogant, and the whole thing spoiled my mood and cost me a day of my holiday. I had to find another hotel and lost a lot of time. Think carefully before booking online, or stay somewhere else.

The location was the only real plus. Rooms were in poor condition, there’s no lift, and the service was bad. They kept asking for tips and called at 11pm to pressure us into ordering dinner.

One of the worst places. The owner and the hotel staff were both very rude.
