We had to book two rooms in a hurry because of the heavy rainfall, and both were top notch and reasonably priced. The rooms were spacious and cozy with a nice view, and I was surprised by how clean they were. The bathrooms were hygienic too, so I felt comfortable and didn't want to leave. The one drawback was that the hotel doesn't serve lunch or dinner. That was fine, but we were starving that day and road blockages made online food delivery hard to find. We really felt the need for an in-hotel kitchen then. It was just the situation that day, though, and overall we had a remarkable stay. I'd love to come back to this reasonably priced hotel when I visit dehradun.

Stay away if you don't want to fall ill. The rooms were very dirty and infested with cockroaches, and the washrooms smelled. Water bottles weren't complimentary, and staff were unsupportive. The waiter and receptionist were unprofessional, room service was terrible, and they didn't even pick up the phone. I was overcharged too. Worst place to stay.

Cleaning wasn't done properly, the lift wasn't working, hot water was unreliable, and the cold water kept running out. The service was the worst.

I booked a room online the day before my exam. After finishing the exam the next day, I asked about it and was told the hotel was full and couldn't give me a room. If there aren't any rooms, why accept online bookings? Mark them sold out so people can try somewhere else. I'd heard a lot about this hotel and wanted to visit, but this was a bad start. A hotel can be beautiful, but what is the point if even one visitor is left dealing with this? This experience earns a negative review.

I've been asking for the food bill for a week and still haven't received anything from you. It feels like a cheat. Service is terrible. Order food and it takes an hour to arrive. Even a plain parantha and coffee take an hour to prepare. On Google map, the place appears under two names, super oak woodhouse and mayvilas, which is confusing. They also don't provide a dental kit, a basic hotel amenity.
