The view from the hotel is great, and the food was good, especially the breakfast Parathas. But I wasn't satisfied with the service. Some things listed in the hotel details weren't offered, and at checkout they added several items I hadn't ordered, leaving me with a high bill. Keep track of everything, and confirm what services are actually available before booking. If you use a travel or hotel app, check prices and details there, then compare them with what the hotel offers. For stays longer than 1-2 days, I'd pick another hotel with good views. Try local cuisine and sweets, too. If you're from Delhi, there's no point coming here for cholle Kulche or other Delhi food. Stay in Delhi for that.

We had booked three days and paid online, but the manager refused to honor it and misbehaved with us. A negative rating would fit if that were possible. Be careful with this hotel, and don't book it.

Management turned us away despite my booking and full payment 45 days in advance. I had to find another hotel and pay a much higher amount there. This place is the worst and can't be trusted. Don't plan your trip around it.

The view was lovely and the stay itself was nice, with decent food and good service. The price felt much higher than the place's actual value, though.

The hotel was nice, right by the main mall road market, with a good city view at night. Just be careful booking through oyo or booking.com, since it no longer has a tie-up with oyo.
