Hotel the terminal

The room was clean and kept in good shape, and they dealt with requests quickly. Sandeep from housekeeping was especially polite and helpful. I had a comfortable stay and would recommend the place.

I stayed two nights for a conference nearby, and being close to Aerocity made getting there easy. The rooms were tidy, the bathrooms clean, and the mattresses felt fresh. The staff were welcoming, and the tea was amazing. Good value for the money, with more than I expected. Highly recommend.

The older receptionist was kind, friendly, and polite, but the rest of my experience was bad. There’s no lift, and the bathroom wasn’t in proper condition. The rooms looked good, yet they were unhygienic: I checked three rooms and found cockroaches in every one, roaming around. They need to keep the rooms clean.

This is a basic budget hotel, and the staff were cooperative. It’s near the airport, so it works for a transit stay, but the wardrobe was very dirty. Don’t book a meal here: there’s no restaurant, and my breakfast took 30 to 45 minutes to arrive. The vegetarian choices were only toast and aloo paratha. There’s a market about 50 metres away, where it’s better to eat.
