The receptionist even touched and used my mobile without asking, and the service was awful. When I tried to explain myself, he wasn't listening properly and behaved very casually. He didn't bring the breakfast on time, so I had to skip it even though I'd paid for it when booking. Power to the room was cut at 5:30 am, leaving it completely stuffy, and the room and bathroom were unclean. The bedsheets, blanket, and pillow cover were all very dirty. The whole room felt like a garbage environment, and they don't know how to attend to clients. I can only give one star because there's no negative rating. I'd give this hotel -5 marks. Please don't choose it under any circumstances, even if they offer you a free room. In your dreams, don't stay here. A footpath would be better than this room.
