The rooms were really neat and clean, and everything else seemed fine. They only provide two water bottles per room, which was okay, but an extra bottle cost a lot. That was one example from my stay. You can visit yourself if you want to judge the place.

A really poor hotel and room. They even ask for 1000rs as a key deposit, which seems strange these days. The receptionist, Mr Pankaj, could use some training in how to deal with guests. It feels like management has simply left him at the front desk.

The hospitality here was amazing, and the staff were always willing to go the extra mile. I found the rooms spacious and elegant, and breakfast in the morning was plentiful and delicious. Western blu INN is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Delhi.

The rooms are nice, but the price doesn’t feel justified. It might be a better fit if it cost less. I also didn’t like the receptionist’s manner; I couldn’t tell whether he had an issue with someone in particular or treated everyone that way.

The rooms had no windows and felt gloomy, so you couldn’t tell whether it was day or night without going outside. Service was decent and the food was okay. An alright stay, at best.
